My Son will be 4 in Sept. and is Autistic.
He has a major food sensitivity.
To this day, he will not consume any solid foods.
All he accepts is puree and it can't even be homemade. (only pre-bought).
Many people have suggested the food chaining method but he continually vomits his meals. Any other suggestions? Desperate Mom seeking any help possible.

The majority of the comments are with respect to the baby room. As a parent of a 3 year old considering this daycare I am seeking comments on any experience at this age group. I am not overly concerned about the napping issue as I prefer my child does have some nap time. I understand rest period is part of Provincial child care regulations. Is your child comfortable with the teachers and happy to go to daycare in the morning?
I am a mother of a 8 month old and a 2.5 year old and I am moving to town in the next few months. I was wondering if there are many moms who are home with their kids that get together and also I would like to put my 2 year old in to part time preschool when she is 3, any recommendations?

Also, can anyone give some recommendations on a young family place to live (we haven't bought a house yet). I would really like to be able to walk my kids in a stroller to a nearby playgroud or an indoor place for them to play. Any information you can give me would be very helpful!

I am a mother of a 3 month old girl. I am breastfeeding and am wondering about naps. She naps 3 times a day (between each feed). She goes to bed around 8pm and sleeps until 8am getting up once or twice to feed. She normally goes right back to sleep during the night. When should I expect her to only nap once or twice a day.
I have a soon to be 2 year old daughter and am expecting another baby in the Spring. I am now done work and she is only going to daycare a couple of days a week. I was wondering if anyone knew of any play groups offered during the week that I could take her to.
I am interested in getting and Amby Baby Hammock. I have family in Europe and they are really popular there. They have to be ordered online through the USA, and I am a little concerned as they are not approved by Canada Health, although after extensive internet research I have not read any issues with the product. With the recent hype about asphyxiation due to babies sleeping in their carseats I want to be certain though. Does anyone in the Fredericton area have one or know any information about them?
my son is 3 months old and he has been acting like he is teething he has drooling n chewing on fingures but he was not like this till bout 2 1/2 months isnt that a lil long for a baby to be teething any advice is needed
Does anyone know of a northside soccer league? I have looked at the FDSA website, but I think I have heard about one that is located on the northside (maybe in Douglas?)

Hi, I'm due for a baby in a couple of weeks and am wondering if anyone knows of anyone or place that would be able to help me out when it comes to breastfeeding. I have an older child and was not very successful when it came to breastfeeding. I know they can help you and the clinic at the hospital but with a 2 year old to bring along too I don't know how successful that would be. I've also heard of people that come into your house but hear they are pretty expensive and am on a fixed income. But, I thought I would atleast check to see if anyone has heard of someone or something that I haven't.
